They’re family to us — they even travel with us most of the time. When I recommend a product, I tell you whether Teya and Tim have used it. For everything else, I analyze specs, safety information, warranty terms and thousands of verified owner reviews to find out what pets and owners actually love — and what goes wrong.
How I write and review
- Safety and health claims come from veterinary, shelter and safety organizations, and I link to them.
- Every product guide has a “what owners complain about” section, because the problems are what you need to know before you buy.
- I don’t run a test lab and I never claim tests that didn’t happen. Read how we choose products.
- Nothing here is veterinary advice. If your pet is sick or hurt, call your veterinarian.
